RESOLUTION 2023-054
ACCEPTING RADIANT HEAT REPLACEMENT PROPOSAL WITH MMC
CONTRACTORS IOWA, INC. [WAUKEE PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee has requested a proposal from MMC to replace two
radiant heating equipment zones (Equipment Services and Engineering Services Areas) in
the Waukee Public Works Facility; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the proposal and find the proposal acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6t' day of February, 2023, that it hereby approves the proposal from MMC
Contractors Iowa, Inc. [Waukee Public Works Facility].
