RESOLUTION 2023-058
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
SNYDER & ASSOCIATES, INC. [SUNSET RIDGE SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the consultant services of Snyder & Associates, Inc. for
the Sunset Ridge Sanitary Sewer Extension Project; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services includes project management, preliminary and construction
survey, preliminary and final design, special assessment documents, geotechnical services,
bidding services, and construction administration for the approximately 4,200 lineal feet of
sanitary sewer to be constructed to provide sanitary sewer service to properties in the existing
Sunset Ridge neighborhood; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Snyder & Associates, Inc. and the City
of Waukee, Iowa [Sunset Ridge Sanitary Sewer Extension] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 6`" day of February,
2023.
