RESOLUTION 2023-064
APPROVING OVERLAND FLOWAGE EASEMENT & STORM SEWER
EASEMENT FROM RM MADDEN CONSTRUCTION, INC. (LOT 7 OF
HAMILTON RIDGE PLAT 4)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from RM Madden Construction, Inc,
are necessary for the purpose of surface water flowage and storm sewer.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Overland Flowage Easement and the Storm Sewer Easement from RM Madden
Construction, Inc., are hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 6th day of
February 2023.
