Construction, Inc., for the Waukee City Hall Security Upgrades Project
in the amount of $69,101.10.

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Progress has continued on the City Hall Security
Upgrade Project including new lighting and ceiling grid, framing and drywall within newly
configured areas, painting and electrical work.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: Payment Estimate No. 2 is
in the amount of $69,101.10.
