SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Planning & Zoning Commissioner Hannah Inman is
unable to fulfill her term scheduled to expire January 31, 2025.

RESOLUTION 2023-
APPROVING MAYOR’S APPOINTMENT OF A CITIZEN MEMBER TO THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR AN UNEXPIRED TERM ENDING
JANUARY 31, 2025
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, Planning and Zoning Commissioner Hannah Inman is unable to fulfill the
remainder of her term, scheduled to expire January 31, 2025; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints _________ to fill the unexpired Planning &
Zoning Commission term of Hannah Inman.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
10th day of April, 2023, that the mayor’s appointment of _________ to the Planning and Zoning
Commission for an unexpired term ending January 31, 2025, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mayor Clarke and the City of Waukee City Council
express their sincere appreciation and thanks to Hannah Inman for her dedication to the
community while serving on the Planning & Zoning Commission.
