THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2023-
ADOPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR
FISCAL YEARS 2024-2028
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Administrator has submitted a recommended Capital Improvement
Program (CIP) for fiscal years 2024 through 2028; AND,
WHEREAS, Code of Iowa §384.15(3) requires a public hearing on the recommended
Capital Improvement Program prior to adoption; AND,
WHEREAS, on March 6, 2023, the Waukee City Council set the public hearing for April
17, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. to consider the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for
fiscal years 2024 through 2028, and public notice of such hearing was published as
provided by law; AND,
WHEREAS, members of the public interested in the City’s Capital Improvement
Program (CIP) for fiscal years 2024 through 2028 have been given the opportunity to
present to the City Council on the matter.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17th day of April, 2023, that the City of Waukee Capital Improvement
Program (CIP) for fiscal years 2024 through 2028 is hereby approved and adopted.
