AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 2 to Bergstrom
Construction, Inc., for the Waukee City Hall Security Upgrades Project,
increasing the contract in the amount of $2,997.00
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 2 relates to additional costs
associated with adding a door vision kit and ceiling diffusers within the small conference room, a
separate electrical circuit for the front door automatic operator and patching and painting an
additional office within the Human Resources suite.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $2,997.00
