AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 3 to Bergstrom
Construction, Inc., for the Waukee City Hall Security Upgrades Project
in the amount of $40,418.70.
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Construction is nearing completion on the City Hall
Security Upgrades Project. Work done during this period included completion of the new utility
billing area, door hardware, painting and completion of the acoustical ceiling.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: Payment Estimate No. 3 is
in the amount of $40,418.70.
