AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 3 to WRH, Inc. for the
Lift Station No. 2 Rehabilitation project increasing the contract amount
by $11,435.35.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 3 is for the removal of a portion of
the concrete base of the existing lift station wet well. This work was necessary in order to install
the adjacent new wet well.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $11,435.35.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.
