SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: S.J. Louis Construction, Inc. requested Payment
Estimate No. 1 for the work completed on the Northeast Outfall Sewer project, in the amount of
$120,695.79. Veenstra & Kimm has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period February 28, 2023 to March 31, 2023. This payment
estimate is for clearing and grubbing.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $120,695.79
