and all lien waivers have been received.

RE: Contractor Application for Payment #11 (Final) - Triumph Park (Fishing Pier)
Dear Mr. Jermier:
Attached please find contractor Application for Payment #11 in the amount of $30,500.00 for approval and
signature by Waukee City Council. Confluence, Parks and Recreation Staff, and Engineering Staff have all reviewed
this payment application and recommend approval. This is the final payment on the fishing pier project which
was accepted as substantially complete at the March 6th City Council meeting.
Confluence recommends approval and payment as indicated.
