RESOLUTION 2023-163
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR KEETOWN LOOP R1
(2856 GRAND PRAIRIE PARKWAY)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for KeeTown Loop R1, subject to remaining staff comments on March 28, 2023;
AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for KeeTown Loop R1 is in general conformance with § 160 — Site
and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for KeeTown Loop R1 is in general conformance with §161 —
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 17t" day of April, 2023 that the Site Plan for KeeTown Loop R1 is approve bject to
remaining staff comments.
