pending approval by Fire Marshal and proof of dram insurance

COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police and Community Development Departments have
reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at this
time. The Fire Department is awaiting certain inspection records prior to
approval.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the renewal and ownership update, pending Fire Marshal
approval and proof of dram insurance.
