STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for Prairie
Rose Plat 4 and find it in general conformance with the standard specifications for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2023-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[PRAIRIE ROSE PLAT 4]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Landmark Companies, INC has completed the public improvements
associated with the Prairie Rose Plat 4 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the Prairie
Rose Plat 4 subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15th day of May, 2023, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Prairie Rose Plat 4 Subdivision.
