Work is to commence following quote/proposal acceptance by city council/city staff. By quote, the work must be complete on or before June 30, 2023. Any additional damage not included in original bid is subject to additional charges. A written estimate will be provided for all additional or hidden damage as requested by owner prior to work completed. Do to Covid-19 impact on suppliers estimates are good for 15 days. It is then the responsibility of the owner to provide full payment of services and materials rendered on substantial performance of the scope of work above. A 50% down payment is required at the signing of this contract or before materials are delivered to the premises. There is a 10% cancellation fee to all signed contracts cancelled by customer and customer is responsible for cost of ALL special order materials. Brincks Exteriors is not responsible for any disruptions to third party communication systems, ie: internet antennas, satellite dishes, etc. We do not carry the proper tools to recalibrate. ALL PAYMENTS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF INVOICE ARE SUBJECT TO 1.5% INTEREST PER MONTH. A 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to bill if paid by card.
