Construction, Inc., for the Waukee City Hall Security Upgrades Project,
increasing the contract in the amount of $927.00
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 3 relates to changing out an oak
door in exchange for a cherry door within the Human Resources/Marketing and Communications
Department.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $927.00
