AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 4 to Bergstrom
Construction, Inc., for the Waukee City Hall Security Upgrades Project
in the amount of $28,280.85.
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Construction is nearing completion on the City Hall
Security Upgrades Project. With the exception of a couple of items that are on backorder, the
project is complete.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: Payment Estimate No. 4 is
in the amount of $28,280.85.
