STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for Prairie
Village – University Improvements and find it in general conformance with the standard specifications
for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2023-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[PRAIRIE VILLAGE – UNIVERSITY IMPROVEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Grimes Asphalt and Paving Corporation completed the public
improvements associated with the Prairie Village – University Improvements; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the Prairie
Village – University Improvements and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5th day of June, 2023, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Prairie Village Plat – University Improvements.
