AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 1 to Caliber Concrete,
LLC for the Heart of the Warrior Trail West Extension Project in the amount
of $81,083.21.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 1 to Caliber Concrete, LLC is for
clearing and grubbing, shared use path PCC, pavement removal, signage,
erosion control, and mobilization. The quantities completed to date have been
reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Shive-
Hattery.

Dear Mr. Jermier:
Submitted for your approval is Pay Application 1 for the above-mentioned project. Pay Application 1
includes total work completed of $85,350.75 minus 5% retainage of $4,267.54 for a total payment of
$81,083.21. Please see Pay Application 1 for a full summary of the items completed that are included in
this payment.
