STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the public
improvements for the Southfork Drive Culvert Repairs and find it in general conformance with the
standard specifications for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2023-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[SOUTHFORK DRIVE CULVERT REPAIRS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, On Track Construction, LLC has completed the public improvements
associated with the Southfork drive Culvert Repairs: AND,
WHEREAS, Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the improvements constructed as part
of the Southfork Drive Culvert Repairs and confirm that said improvements constructed
as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of
the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of June 2023, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Southfork Drive Culvert Repairs Project.
