RESOLUTION 2023-275
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF CITIZEN MEMBERS TO THE
L I B RA RY BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THREE-YEAR TERMS TO END
JUNE 30, 2026
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, each year the mayor must appoint or reappoint citizen members to those boards
which have appointments scheduled to expire or unexpired terms; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke has made the following appointments to the Library Board
of Trustees:
Micki Henderson reappointment 3-year term ending 06/30/2026
Anna Phelps appointment 3-year term ending 06/30/2026
David Meyer appointment 3-year term ending 06/30/2026
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
19`h day of June, 2023, that the mayor's appointments to the Library Board of Trustees are
hereby approved.
