Certificate of Completion PREPARED BY: Becky Schuett REVIEWED BY: PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATION – NAME OF PUBLICATION: DATE OF PUBLICATION: J1G6 RESOLUTION 2023- RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WAUKEE CITY HALL SECURITY UPGRADES PROJECT WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of October, 2022, the Mayor and Clerk of the City of Waukee, Iowa, entered into a construction contract with Bergstrom Construction, Inc., of Des Moines, IA, for the construction of certain public improvements generally described as the Waukee City Hall Security Upgrades Project; and WHEREAS, the contractor has fully completed the construction of the public improvements in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and plans and specifications, as shown by the certificate of the Engineer filed with the Clerk on ____________________, ______: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, STATE OF IOWA: Section 1.That the report of the Engineer be and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the public improvements are hereby approved and accepted as having been fully completed in accordance with the plans, specifications and form of contract and the total final construction cost thereof is hereby determined to be $__________, as shown in the report of the Engineer.
