STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for Stratford
Crossing Plat 11 and find it in general conformance with the standard specifications for the City of
Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2023-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[STRATFORD CROSSING PLAT 11]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Landmark Development Services, LLC completed the public improvements
associated with the Stratford Crossing Plat 11 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Stratford Crossing Plat 11 subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as
a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 10th day of July, 2023, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Stratford Crossing Plat 11 Subdivision.
