SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Absolute Concrete Construction Inc. requested
Payment Estimate No. 15 for the work completed on Warrior Lane Improvements - Phase 2
project in the amount of $16,875.61. Shive-Hattery has reviewed the payment estimate and
recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period ending June 30, 2023. This pay estimate is for
pavement markings; and seeding, fertilizing, and mulching.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $16,875.61

Dear Mr. Koester:
Attached please find a detailed pay request for the Warrior Lane Improvements - Phase 2 project. The
pay request includes the following items:
• Pavement Markings
• Seeding, Fertilizing, & Mulching
We have reviewed the detailed quantities, and they are in line with the work completed. If City staff
concurs with this payment, we recommend the City of Waukee issue payment to Absolute Concrete
Construction, Inc. of Slater, IA in the amount of $16,875.61 for the work completed to date.
