requesting release of retainage. Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. recommends release of the retainage.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the release of retainage to On Track Construction for the Southfork

SOUTHFORK DRIVE CULVERT REPAIRS
RELEASE OF RETAINAGE
We recommend release of retainage for the Southfork Drive Culvert Repairs project by the City
Council of the City of Waukee to On Track Construction, LLC. Retainage is in the amount of
$5,808.63 as shown on Pay Estimate No. 2 (Final) dated May 31, 2023.
