STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City staff has reviewed the public improvements for Castle
Ranch Plat 1 and find it in general conformance with the standard specifications for the City of
Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2023-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[CASTLE RANCH PLAT 1]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Redhawk Ventures, LLC completed the public improvements associated
with the Castle Ranch Plat 1 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the Castle
Ranch Plat 1 subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21st day of August, 2023, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Castle Ranch Plat 1 Subdivision.
