SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Absolute Concrete Construction, Inc. has completed the project
and is requesting release of retainage. Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC recommends release of
the retainage.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:$50,000.00

Attached please find a detailed Pay Request for City Council approval on August 21, 2023.
Submitted Quantity
• Final Retainage Release for contract. Punch list items completed.
If City Staff concurs with this payment, we recommend the City of Waukee pay Absolute Concrete
Construction, Inc. of Slater, Iowa in the amount of $50,000.00 for the work completed.
