SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Absolute Concrete Construction, Inc. has completed the project
and is requesting release of retainage. Bolton & Menk, Inc. recommends release of the retainage.

Dear Mr. Koester:
Submitted for your approval is Pay Request 14 for the above-mentioned project. Pay Request 14 is for a
total payment of $49,225.91. The final total value completed is $984,518.38. This pay request releases all
retainage. The project has been completed and has been accepted by the City. Please see Pay Request 14
for a full summary of the items completed that are included in this payment.
Bolton & Menk, Inc. recommends the approval of Pay Request 14. Please let me know if you have any
