COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police and Community Development Departments have
reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at this
time. The Fire Department is awaiting certain inspection records prior to
approval.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the application, pending lease agreement, proof of dram
insurance and fire marshal approval.
