STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City staff has reviewed the public improvements for Waukee
Primary & Specialty Care Clinic Public Improvements and find it in general conformance with the
standard specifications for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 2023-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [WAUKEE PRIMARY & SPECIALTY
CARE CLINIC PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Unity Point completed the public improvements associated with the
Waukee Primary & Specialty Care Clinic Public Improvements; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Waukee Primary & Specialty Care Clinic Public Improvements and confirm that said
improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the
Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 18th day of September, 2023, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Waukee Primary & Specialty Care Clinic Public Improvements.
