The Library and Public Works HVAC maintenance is handled by different vendors. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: City Hall = $1,768.00 Public Safety, Police = $3,439.00 Public Safety, Fire = $3,439.00 COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City staff is satisfied with the service provided by The Waldinger Corporation in the past and recommends using that company for another year.
