HomeMy WebLinkAbout2023-09-18 Resolution 2023-416_Final Plat, Painted Woods West Townhomes Plat 2THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA RESOLUTION 2023-416 APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR PAINTED WOODS WEST TOWNHOMES PLAT 2 IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal Organization; AND, WHEREAS, JJR HOLDINGS, LLC, has requested final plat approval of Painted Woods West Townhomes Plat 2 (the "Plat"); AND, WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat on July 11, 2023, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND, WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Painted Woods West Townhomes Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto will comply with section § 176 — Subdivision Regulations of the Waukee Municipal Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this 18'" day of September, 2023, that the Final Plat for Painted Woods West Townhomes Plat 2 be and the same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements and documents to be filed with the Plat: 1. Public Storm Sewer and Overland Flowage Easement; 2. Storm Water Detention Maintenance Covenant and Permanent Easement Agreement; 3. Monument Sign Easement; 4. Public Sidewalk Easement; 5. Public Landscape Buffer Easement; 6. Public Utility Easement; 7. Public Ingress / Egress Easement; 8. Private Sanitary Sewer Easement; 9. Private Water Main Easement, and 10. Private Storm Sewer Easement Attest: l-�"� Rebecca D.
