RESOLUTION 2023-421
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 16
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Stivers Iowa Real Estate LLC, has requested final plat approval of Williams Pointe Plat
16 (the "Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on July 11, 2023, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 16 and the documents relating thereto will comply
with section § 176 — Subdivision Regulations of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
18th day of September, 2023, that the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 16 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1. Public Ingress Egress Easement; and
2. Private Water Main Easement
