RESOLUTION 2023-423
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR WAUKEE TOWNE CENTER PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Waukee Towne Center, LLC, has requested final plat approval of Waukee Towne Center
Plat 4 (the "Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on September 12, 2023, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Waukee Towne Center Plat 4 and the documents relating thereto will
comply with section § 176 — Subdivision Regulations of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
18`h day of September, 2023, that the Final Plat for Waukee Towne Center Plat 4 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
