SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Hydro-Klean, LLC requested Payment Estimate No.
2 (Final) for the work completed on the 2022-2023 Manhole Rehabilitation Project, in the amount
of $21,023.50 Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends
payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period December 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023. Work
completed for this pay estimate is for manhole repairs and pavement patching.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $21,023.50
