AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 2 to S.J. Louis
Construction, Inc. for the Northeast Outfall Sewer project increasing the
contract amount by $244,534.60.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 2 is for increased depth of 2,946
feet of 30” sanitary sewer due to a 20” water main crossing at NW 156th Street in Urbandale.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $244,534.60.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.
