[Waukee T Avenue and James Keller]
FORMAT:Resolution
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: This agreement between the City of Waukee and James
Keller is for loss of crop within the permanent and temporary construction easement related to sanitary
sewer construction. This work is part of the T Avenue Improvements project.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: Payment in the amount of
$2,808.00 will be made to James Keller.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 2023-
APPROVING CROP DAMAGE CLAIM
[WAUKEE T AVENUE AND JAMES KELLER]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, this is an agreement between the City of Waukee and James Keller for loss of crop
within the permanent and temporary construction easement; AND,
WHEREAS, this work is part of the T Avenue Improvements Project; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee the Crop
Damage Claim [James Keller] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 6th day of November,
2023.
