STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City staff has reviewed the public improvements for NW
Georgetown Drive constructed by the Waukee Community School District in conjunction with the
Waukee New 8-9 School and find it in general conformance with the standard specifications for the
City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2023-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[NW GEORGETOWN DRIVE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, The Waukee Community School District completed the public
improvements associated with NW Georgetown Drive; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the NW
Georgetown Drive and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of November, 2023, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with NW Georgetown Drive.
