Change Description: 1. COR-021: Specification Section – 08 7100 Door Hardware a. City staff requested the (6) specified 24V lockset bodies be changed to 12V lockset bodies for Hardware Group No. 1 to coordinate with the power supplies provided under separate contract. Core submitted a price to replace these (6) lockset bodies for an additional cost of $5,655.20. We have reviewed the submitted Change Order Requests (CORs) from Core Construction, and the Design Team considers them to be in line with current industry pricing. If City Staff concurs with these proposed additional costs, then we recommend the City of Waukee Increase the contract price in the amount of $5,655.20 to complete the additional work associated with Change Order Number 005.
