FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Alliance Construction Group, LLC has completed the project
and is requesting release of retainage. Lien waivers for the project have been received. Foth Infrastructure
and Environment, LLC recommends release of the retainage.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:$224,315.49

RE: Pay Request #22 – Retainage Release
SE Ashworth Road Corridor Improvements
SE Parkview Crossing Drive to SE Glacier Trail
Dear Ms. Kappos:
Since the final payment the Lien Waivers have been submitted and all punch list items are complete. It is
recommended that you release final retainage for the contract.
If City Staff concurs with this, we recommend the City of Waukee pay Alliance Construction Group,
LCC of Urbandale, Iowa the amount of $224,315.49 for the work completed.
