Good afternoon Bill
Because of economic conditions in the greater Des Moines area (we were unable to get a reasonable bid
from over a dozen contractors), we need to extend our approval for another year. We have seen new
construction pricing improve from this past Spring and we believe that the builder's market will continue
to get better into next year.
There are no changes to the approved plans. Let me know how you'd like us to proceed.
Regards
Stan

Nikki,
The site plan approval is good for one year. After that, if there are no changes, we’ll just prepare a staff memo to take
back through Planning Commission and City Council.
