FORMAT:Motion SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Plan change 1 decreased the amount of 12” RCP by more than 20% so the contractor requested a bid item adjustment. Plan change 1 and 2 also changed the building outlet piping. In addition, trail signage was needed on the bike trail to increase safety and direct bikes/pedestrians to the detour. There was also a requested change from the city to the video detection and signage at the traffic signal at T Avenue (NW 20th) and Douglas. The remainder of adjustments are for quantity changes due to Plan Change 1 and 2 without price adjustments. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $53,927.00.
