STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City staff has reviewed the public improvements for Waukee
Crossing Plat 3 and find it in general conformance with the standard specifications for the City of
Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2023-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[WAUKEE CROSSING PLAT 3]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Hubbell Realty Company completed the public improvements associated
with the Waukee Crossing Plat 3 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Waukee Crossing Plat 3 subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of December, 2023, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Waukee Crossing Plat 3 Subdivision.
