Staff recommends a 12-month lease be approved with Steve Walsh. The lease pertains to the house on the property only and does not include the outbuilding or vineyard. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:Rent of $2,800.00/month ($33,600/year) COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City staff recommends approval of the rental agreement. WARRIOR LANE] IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal Organization; AND, WHEREAS, the City of Waukee owns a dwelling unit and property addressed as 1130 S. Warrior Lane, Waukee, IA; AND, WHEREAS, the City proposes to enter into a Dwelling Unit Rental Agreement with Steve Patrick Walsh for 1130 S Warrior Lane, beginning December 16, 2023.
