SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: WRH, Inc. requested Payment Estimate No. 14 for
the work completed on the Lift Station No. 2 Rehabilitation Project, in the amount of
$462,025.68. Veenstra & Kimm has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period November 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023. This pay
estimate is for general conditions, electrical, and submersible pumps and control building.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $462,025.68
