the Stratford Crossing Park Project in the amount of $7,836.07.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 7 to Elder Corporation is for
SWPPP Maintenance, watering of trees and plants, and relocation of 6 trees @
ROW. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon
by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Genus Landscape Architects.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:

$7,836.07 for the above-referenced project. The work completed to
date has been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, as well
as the City of Waukee Public Works.
