[Jerrys’ Homes and Bob Manning]
FORMAT:Resolution
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: This agreement between the City of Waukee and Jerry’s
Homes and Bob Manning is for loss of crop within the permanent and temporary construction
easement related to sanitary sewer construction. This work is part of the T Avenue Improvements
project.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: Payment in the amount of
$3,817.00 will be made to Bob Manning.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 2023-
APPROVING CROP DAMAGE CLAIM
[JERRY’S HOMES AND BOB MANNING]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, this is an agreement between the City of Waukee and Jerrys’ Homes and Bob
Manning for loss of crop within the permanent and temporary construction easement; AND,
WHEREAS, this work is part of the T Avenue Improvements Project; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee the Crop
Damage Claim [Jerry’s Homes and Bob Manning] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 18th day of
December, 2023.
