STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City staff has reviewed the public improvements for Project
Morgan Plat 2 Public Improvements and find it in general conformance with the standard
specifications for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2024-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[PROJECT MORGAN PLAT 2 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Apple Inc. has completed the public improvements associated with the
Project Morgan Plat 2 Public Improvements Project; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the Project
Morgan Plat 2 Public Improvements Project and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 2nd day of January, 2024, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Project Morgan Plat 2 Public Improvements Project.

MORGAN PLAT 2 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS are in general conformance with the standard
specification of the City of Waukee.
