RESOLUTION 2024-030
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[PAINTED WOODS WEST TOWNHOMES PLAT 2 — PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, D.R. Horton completed the public improvements associated with the
Painted Woods West Townhomes Plat 2 — Public Improvements project; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Painted Woods West Townhomes Plat 2 — Public Improvements project and confirm that
said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with
the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15t' day of January, 2024, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Painted Woods West Townhomes Plat 2 — Public Improvements
Project.
