AGENDA ITEM:Consideration for approval of Receipt and File of the purchase of three
Dump Trucks/Snow Plow and one brine trailer.
FORMAT:Receipt/File
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Staff were finally able to secure pricing for
three replacement Dump Trucks/Snowplows for FY 2024, FY 2025, and FY 2026. All
plow trucks are to be built during calendar year 2025 and are scheduled to be delivered in
FY 2026. These items are budgeted in their respective budgeted year. The trade-in value
for pricing will come once City staff receive a build date; otherwise, the dealer has stated
the trade-in pricing would be rather low due to the timeline of delivery outlined above.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $863,355.00
These are budgeted in respective Fiscal Year
